Very interesting. My first year Physical Chemistry lecturer gave us an assignment to report on the Structure of Water and Ice - 5 decades ago. Some say lots of water has flowed under the bridge, but the early research built a strong foundation before new ideas and equipment appeared. I like what happens to water in an ultrasonic bath.
