My Proposal to Balance the Budget

By stopping, and possibly even reversing, vaccine injury, worth an estimated 4 Quadrillion, I can single-handedly balance the US Budget, restore American ‘street cred’ around the world, and restore the great American dream. All America needs to do in exchange, is prosecute everyone who violated human and civil rights during Warp Speed. We will need at least 2 quadrillion to lock up everyone for life who participated in the largest genocide ever attempted.
