I, too, have trouble reading PDF files due to failing eyesight (glaucoma). They say that it's "incurable". This motivates me to try to understand and change the natural history of the disease. They also say that it's "hereditary". At least, that's the conventional wisdom. I'm working-up the courage to start posting at "Robert's Newletter". Maybe I should change the name to "Robert's Substack" or something similar.
I have found it much easier to simply listen to DOCX files in the "read aloud" mode. On request, I'll happily share a "matched set" of DOCX files, the Davidson & Winey review articles from 2021 and 2022. They might be a trifle too long for listening to them in a single sitting.
