Red Wine Torsion Fields and Sodium Alginate

A Sodium Alginate solution was poured over two samples of red wine. The sample on the left was exposed to a static Torsion Field for 10 minutes before the alginate was added. After 30 minutes both samples were photographed.
Samples were then mixed thoroughly by hand swirling and re-photographed 20 minutes later.
