Interfacial Dynamics of Chia Seeds and Red Wine

Around 250 ml of room temperature water was poured over Chia seeds in 2 jars (one tablespoon each). The experimental jar (left) was exposed to a static Torsion Field for 10 minute. Both jars were then left overnight to gelate. In the morning, 50ml of untreated red wine was added to both jars then photographed 30 minutes later. Note the distinct boundary layer difference between samples.
